As GVB transitions to CBPR+ ISO 20022 messaging, we are collaborating with banking partners - including correspondent banks, fund administrators and other partner entities using Swift.
What our banking partners can expect
Phased migration
GVB is migrating to ISO 20022 in phases, including supporting both MT and MX standards through the initial and the main coexistence period in November 2025 and beyond, per industry deadlines.
Refer to the table below for anticipated migration timelines for various MX incoming and outgoing message types.
