1 Deposits must be made in the United States, and with USD checks only, in accordance with both the Deposit Agreement and Disclosure Statement and the related agreement covering Remote Capture Services.

2 Deposit batch limits apply for each of the RCS solutions. No limit on the number of deposit batches.

3 All checks must USD-formatted. Funds deposited via check through RDC may not be available the following business day, and may be delayed for longer periods of time, in accordance with the Funds Availability provisions contained within the Deposit Agreement and Disclosure Statement – Business Accounts (DADs).

4 For check deposits received by 6pm PT through GVB’s Remote Capture Services solutions. Funds deposited via check through RCS solutions may not be available the following business day, and may be delayed for longer periods of time (we will notify you if this occurs), in accordance with the Funds Availability provisions contained within the Deposit Agreement and Disclosure Statement – Business Accounts (DADs).
